His Excellency Dr. Nangolo Mbumba serves as the 2nd vice president of Namibia. As member of the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO), Mbumba has headed a number of Namibian ministries: Agriculture, Water and Rural Development (1993–1996), Finance (1996–2003), Information and Broadcasting (2003–2005) Education (2005–2010), and Safety and Security (2010–2012). In 2012 he became the Secretary-General of SWAPO serving until 2017. H.E. Dr. Nangolo Mbumba has a MSc in biology from the University of Connecticut and has been working as Head of the Science Department and Principal of the Centre at the Namibia Education Centre in Angola.

Hon. Kandjoze was appointed Director General of the National Planning Commission and Minister of Economic Planning in 2018. Hon. Kandjoze is a member of the Cabinet of the Republic of Namibia and is the Chairperson of the Cabinet Committee on Trade and Economic Development. H.E. Dr. Hage Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia, appointed Hon. Kandjoze as the Chairperson of the Green Hydrogen Council in 2021. Hon. Kandjoze holds a MSc of Science degree in Geology with the University of Helsinki-Finland.

Mr. Klaus Endresen is an economist and managing partner in Appiah Endresen & Co. Since 1998 he has been involved in business development on the Norwegian-Namibian axis, a variety of consultancies in Sub-Saharan Africa, mainly in the energy sector. He is representing various petroleum companies in Africa. Prior to this Mr. Endresen has worked as a consultant in Botswana, General Manager for Norconsult in Angola and for Norsk Hydro in Namibia and Angola.
Mr. Terje Pilskog

Mr. Terje Pilskog was named CEO of Scatec in 2022, after serving as EVP Project Development since 2013. He was previously SVP of REC Systems and Business Development in Germany. Prior to REC, he was Associated Partner at the management consulting company McKinsey & Co. Pilskog holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
