NABA is proud to welcome three new members in September: Olaniwun Ajayi LP, FSubsea, and EG Capital.

Olaniwun Ajayi LP is one of Nigeria's leading law firms, with offices in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Douala, and London. The firm is a partner of choice for institutional investors, sponsors, governments and private clients on all aspects of complex, multi-disciplinary, corporate, commercial and policy matters arising from their activities and operations across Africa.

FSubsea supplies sustainable, robust and autonomous subsea pumps for the global Renewables, Energy and Green Infrastructure markets. The company demerged from Fuglesangs AS, a 5-generation Norwegian family business, in 2013. 

EG Capital is a private equity investor focused on mid-sized businesses in the Food, Health, and Education sectors, initially within the East African region. The firm typically invests between $5m to $10m in capital, bringing operational and management experience that enables companies to achieve their ambitious goals.
