Tizita Sileshi holds two Master degrees; MA in Economic Theory and Econometrics from University of Oslo, with specialization in international and political economics, and MA in African Studies from University of Copenhagen, majoring in regional economic and political development. Ms. Sileshi is presently Value Chain Manager at Yara International, where she manages Value Chain partnership activities initiated with external players at a global and local level.

Ms. Sileshi has a broad national and international experience and has work experience from the Norwegian embassy in Ethiopia, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels, the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) in Geneva, and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Norway. Her responsibilities stretch from policy and fundraising work to economic and statistic analysis. Tizita Sileshi is fluent in Norwegian, Amharic, and English.
