Bergen seminar to focus on fisheries in Africa
NABA member the Marine Research Institute – in partnership with FAO – will organize a Africa focused fisheries seminar at the RadissonBLU Royal Hotel Bryggen in Bergen on Tuesday 5 March. Here you can learn more about the new fisheries management regime in Kenya and Nigeria.Mrs. Mwaka Barabara Said, EAF-Nansen project Focal Point, Kenya and Mrs. Foluke Areola, Director of Fisheries of Nigeria, are among the speakers.Mr. Mark Sytse Ybema will from 1 March 2013 work as NABA’s new associate focusing on fisheries/marine sector.
