High level delegation visit from Nigeria

A high level delegation from Nigeria’s National Institute for Policy and Stategic Studies (NIPSS) have been visiting Norway this week. NIPSS is an apex institution in Nigeria and their experiences from Norway (focusing on strengthening the institutional frameworks and the transformation agenda in Nigeria) will be shared with President Goodluck Jonathan.In Norway the study group from NIPSS has been visiting Statoil, Opera Software, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), Innovation Norway, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Defence, Oslo City, NUPI, ILPI, Nor-Shipping, Norwegian Defence University College, Norad, the Parliament and the Directorate for Education.
