NABA member Jotun to set up more factories in African markets

NABA’s founding member Jotun – the paint company – will increase their focus on African markets. In today’s Dagens Næringsliv (the Norwegian Business Daily) CEO Mr. Morten Fon says: “For us this is not a new strategy, only new geography. We need growth markets, and we see great opportunities in this region.”Jotun is the world’s 9th largest paint company with over 9000 employees worldwide. The company is present in more than 90 countries. Today Jotun has business in five African countries: Egypt, Libya, South Africa, Algeria and Morocco. Kenya is the coming up next.It is fifty years since Jotun opened it’s first sales office on the African continent.
