NABA part of Norwegian business mission to Tanzania and Kenya

NABA’s Managing Director Mr. Eivind Fjeldstad and Regional Director Mr. Felix Osok took part in Norwegian Minister of Trade and Industry Ms. Monica Mæland and Innovation Norway’s business mission to Dar es Salaam and Nairobi from the 16th – 19th of September.In Dar es Salaam, NABA were present at the official opening of Yara International’s new fertiliser terminal. Tanzania’s President Jakaya M. Kikwete received a Yaraship from CEO Svein Tore Holsether after the President made the official opening (photo).In Nairobi NABA hosted a business breakfast on the 19th of September with members and representatives from Norwegian and Kenyan companies, and NABA’s new business guide to the East African Community were presented to both the Tanzanian and Kenyan government.Innovation Norway hosted business seminars in both countries, focusing on sectors oil&gas, renewable energy, aquaculture and trade & investments.
