Lucrezia Biteete has an MA in International Relations from HEI in Geneva, and an M.Sc in Water and Environmental Management from WEDC, Loughborough University in the UK. She speaks seven languages fluently; Norwegian, German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Swiss-German. She has worked in Africa since 2005, mainly in Mozambique, Mali, Kenya, South Sudan, Ghana, DRC and Uganda.
Since 2013, Lucrezia has built up the software development company Laboremus Uganda Ltd in Kampala, that does outsourced work for the Norwegian market. The company now has over 20 employees, and is delivering high quality software to Norwegian banks. She is also active in a number of other initiatives, such as the NGO Fontes Foundation where she works with youth and water project, a hospitality project, financial inclusion projects for rural areas and several other investments. She was the chairperson of the Nordic Business Association in Uganda for two years.
