Vacancy: Digital Administrator

The Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA) is seeking a full-time Digital Administrator to strengthen our team and support our mission of building stronger business ties between the Nordics and Africa. The role will take lead on the digital transformation of NABA, including developing a digital platform for our members to access market insights and contacts for private sector needs across African markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Development & Maintenance: Oversee and improve our CRM system, ensuring smooth membership journeys and onboarding processes.

  • Digital Communications: Maintain and update NABA’s website, manage newsletters and coordinate communications across social media channels.

  • Accounting Support: Handle selected accounting tasks and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Member Services: Provide excellent service to members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or young professional in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Software Development or International Relations.

  • Strong technical, analytical and digital skills, with experience in managing and developing CRM systems.

  • Experience with managing websites, newsletters and social media platforms.

  • Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

  • Commercial understanding and the ability to understand complex business environments quickly.

  • An independent and self-driven individual with a service-minded attitude.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Experience with or interest to learn about African private sector development.
