MR. GUILLAUME NSEKE
Consul General
Mr. Nseke is an experienced pro-active and innovative career diplomat with multi-tasking organisational abilities including, identifying, planning, implementing and developing political and diplomatic strategies combined with a wide experience in the field of research related to international relations and politics. He is a staunch negotiator, team leader, organiser and prioritiser who allocates and coordinates resources both human in a multi-cultural context and material to the best effect. He served in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Togo, Niger, Benin Republic and Congo Brazzaville in various capacities in bilateral diplomacy. He also worked in Ethiopia as Permanent Representative of OIF accredited to the African Union Commission and to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
MR. JENS-PETTER KJEMPRUD
Ambassador
Mr. Jens-Petter Kjemprud is Norway's Ambassador in Nigeria - and accredited to several West African countries, including Cameroon. He has served as Deputy Director in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2001-2004, and Director from 2004-2006. He then served as Ambassador in Ethiopia from 2006-2010, Ambassador to Sudan from 2010-2012 and Ambassador in Iran from 2012-2014. Mr. Kjemprud served as Special Envoy to Sudan and South Sudan from 2014-2016 and as Ambassador to Nigeria since 2016. Mr. Kjemprud holds an cand.jur/law degree.
