Invitation to explore oil and gas business opportunities in Tanzania

INTSOK (Norwegian Oil and Gas Partners) has the pleasure of inviting Norwegian companies to explore business opportunities in Tanzania. INTSOK is very pleased to announce that the former Country Manager for Statoil in Tanzania, Mr. Bjørn Albert Rasmussen, will lead the business initiative together with Mr. Gulbrand Wangen. Please submit expression of interest to Mr. Gulbrand Wangen, Regional Director for Tanzania, no later than September 13, 2013.

The time schedule is as follows:

13 September – Expression of interest to participate

27 September – Submission of application for funding to either Norfund or NORAD

21 – 25 October – Tentative dates for the  fact finding mission to Tanzania

23 – 24 October – Attending the Second Tanzanian Oil and Gas Conference in Dar es Salaam. Registration at http://www.cme.udsm.ac.tz/oilandgasconference2013
