Valentin Koestler

Valentin Koestler holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne with a specialization in hydropower.

Currently, he is working as an engineer at the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate. He is fluent in Norwegian, English, German and French.

Mr. Koestler has worked extensively in the field in East Africa, particularly with implementing drinking water systems in Uganda for several years through the organization Fontes Foundation, a small NGO focusing on youth development, education and safe water.
