The Norwegian Parliament's All-Party Africa Group was founded in 2016. All political parties are represented. The group was initiated to contribute to knowledge building about the continent among Norwegian Members of Parliament.

NABA co-host the secretariat together with Norwegian Council for Africa (Fellesrådet for Afrika).
