The Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA) may photograph, film, and record audio and visual material at events organised by the association. Such material may be used for promotional, informational, documentation, and communication purposes across NABA’s websites, social media channels, publications, and other media platforms.

The processing of images and recordings is based on NABA’s legitimate interest in documenting and promoting its activities and events, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By attending a NABA event, you acknowledge that photography and recording may take place. If you do not wish to appear in images or recordings, you may notify event staff or contact NABA in advance.

You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of personal data relating to you, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
