Minister Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission, Norwegian Embassy, Accra
Øyvind Udland Johansen is the Minister Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Norwegian Embassy in Accra. He holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo and has served more than 20 years in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has been posted to Mozambique twice and Chile, with shorter postings to Rio de Janeiro and Colombia. He is Head of Cooperation at the embassy and his main work experience is the fields Private Sector Development and Development Aid Programs
