In partnership with Innovation Norway and Norad we are pleased to invite you to a webinar highlighting all you need to know about the current call for proposals in Norad’s Enterprise Development for Jobs grant scheme.
Enterprise Development for Jobs is a Norad managed grant scheme, which provides support to companies that can document their willingness and ability to create jobs in developing countries through sustainable investments.
The scheme contributes to creating jobs in developing countries through business start-ups and business expansions. Grants are given to reduce risk in advance of an investment decision. This includes support for feasibility studies, partner search, sample production, training of local employees, strengthening of local suppliers and local infrastructure investments as well as increasing access to renewable energy in developing countries.
Norad and Innovation Norway continue to cooperate for the benefit of Norwegian business and industry. Innovation Norway works to mobilize and inform good potential Norwegian applicant companies for the program. Through activities, consultancy and facilitation of workshops and networking, we also want to position good applicants for the scheme. Innovation Norway also offers support for travel, consulting services, legal assistance, as well as the opportunity for support from our offices around the world.
Projects in the sectors of energy, agriculture, fisheries and marine resources, maritime and ICT are given priority. But other projects will also be considered.
