Member of the Month – September 2015: Jotun

This year, the company invested KES 250 million (USD 3 million) in a Nairobi office that it will use to launch operations in the Kenya. More specifically, the company will use the investment to set up offices in Nairobi to develop an operational warehouse and as well recruiting and developing skilled teams for the brand in the country.
East Africa is a key emerging market for Jotun. With this investment in Kenya, the brand is in the midst of strengthening its distribution network across the region and aims to recruit more dealers and customers to support this business objective.

Jotun has set up 10 distribution points in Nairobi, and is planning to open more branches throughout the country. It will also evaluate entry into Tanzania, Uganda and Central Africa markets.
