Ms. Cathrine Seierstad

Professor II, Kristiania University College

Ms. Cathrine Seierstad is Professor in Organisation and Management at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) and Professor II at Kristiania University College.

She previously lectured in Human Resource Management at Queen Mary University of London, the University of Sussex and Brunel Business School, and held a visiting position at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany.

Her research spans leadership, women on boards, equality and diversity, and corporate governance, currently examining gender quotas on boards and migrant inclusion in Norway. She holds a PhD from Queen Mary University of London.
