Mr. Jens Frølich Holte

Mr. Jens Frølich Holte is Director, Energy System and Analysis, at Renewables Norway. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company and served as State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2021, having earlier been State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Communications. He also served as Norway's representative to the High-level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy.

Mr. Frølich Holte holds a degree in business from the Norwegian School of Economics and a master's in economic history from the London School of Economics.
