Ms. Silibaziso Chizwina serves as the Chief Investment Promotion Officer, where she oversees the Agency’s investment promotion strategy, marketing, and publicaffairs. Silibaziso is a Civil and Water Engineer, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)©, and a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of National Housing & Social Amenities.

Ms. Chizwina has over 20 years of experience in managing infrastructure development projects across various sectors, including social security, petroleum and energy, education, tourism, housing, and urban development.
