Mr. Terje Osmundsen

Founder & CEO, Empower New Energy and Chairman, NABA

Mr. Terje Osmundsen is Founder and CEO of Empower New Energy, a platform investing in small and medium-sized solar and hydropower projects in developing countries, and Chairman of the Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA). He previously spent eight years as Head of Business Development at Scatec Solar, pioneering solar energy in emerging markets, with earlier leadership roles at Kvaerner, Telenor, Saga Petroleum and Alcatel.

He also served as Chief Political Adviser to Norway's Prime Minister. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo.
