Dr. Agnes Kalibata is Founder and Chair of Connect for Impact Advisory Group (C4Impact), a social enterprise that supports countries in developing their food systems. Dr. Kalibata served as President of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) from 2014 to 2025, and as the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for the 2021 Food Systems Summit.

Before that, she was Rwanda's Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources. She holds a PhD in Entomology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
