NABA and Multiconsult warmly invite you to the NABA women’s networking night. 

The NABA Women’s network aims to bring together businesswomen that work with Norwegian-African business and trade, to share resources, ideas, for mutual support, mentoring, networking and collaboration.

The meeting will feature Ms. Birgit Liodden, Director for Sustainability, Ocean Industries and Communication, Oslo Business Region, who will share her experiences from promoting equality and gender balance in the shipping sector. Birgit is among the most profiled young shipping female executives globally, and fronted the first public #MeToo discussions in shipping. For the past 10 years she has advocated the next generation, diversity, sustainability and the need for change across the global maritime industry.

Liodden is Director of Sustainability, Ocean Industries & Communication in Oslo Business Region, and initiator of their project to realize Oslo’s potential as the world’s capital for ocean entrepreneurs.
