NABA becomes a Chamber of Commerce – collaboration with NHO
Since the idea of the Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA) was born in December 2010, the project has been hosted by the International Law and Policy Institute (ILPI). Since the official launch of NABA at the Norwegian-African Business Summit in Setptember 2011, the initiative has grown substantially and is now ready to stand on its own feet. NABA will be established in Oslo, Norway, as a chamber of commerce in close cooperation with the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO), and other relevant partners.– NABA is grateful for the role ILPI has played in our first year of excistence. We have benefited greatly from the vast experince at ILPI, and now we are ready to establish NABA as an own entity. NABA is launched as a chamber of commerce and we are looking forward to work together with our recently acquired supporting partner, NHO, says Managing Director Eivind Fjeldstad.
