H.E. Alcino Izata Francisco da Conceição

Ambassador of the Republic of Angola

H.E. Alcino Izata da Conceição is a former employee of the Ministry of Planning. He worked at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC, from 2011 to 2015, before returning to Angola as Advisor for Economic Affairs to the Vice-President of the Republic Manuel Domingos Vicente and the Vice-President of the Republic Bornito de Sousa.

He was Secretary for Economic Affairs to President João Lourenço from 2018 to 2019, before embracing a diplomatic career, having served as Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia and currently being the first Ambassador of Angola to the Kingdom of Norway.
