Ms. Tone Cecilie Faugli is CEO of Fairtrade Norge, where she leads national efforts to promote ethical trade, sustainability, and fair working conditions across global supply chains. She previously served as CEO of TechBridge Invest, building accelerators in East Africa, securing funding, and supporting over 600 entrepreneurs, resulting in 150+ jobs and six start-up investments.

With leadership roles at SUNami Solar and the Norwegian Red Cross, she brings deep expertise in inclusive business, organizational development and impact-driven innovation across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
