Ms. Julie Haugli Aarnæs is Senior Sustainability Manager at Unil AS, NorgesGruppen's private-label company, where she is responsible for sustainability across Unil's supply chains, including risk assessments, human rights and environmental issues.

She has specialised in social and environmental sustainability and anti-corruption, and previously worked as a consultant with PwC Forensic Services and as a researcher at the think-tank Civita, where she published on human rights and corruption. She holds a Master of Science in Political Economy.
