Mr. Osaruyi Orobosa-Ogbeide

Deputy Director and Head of Project Development & Investments, Africa Finance Corporation (AFC)

Mr. Osaruyi Orobosa-Ogbeide is Deputy Director and Head of Project Development and Investments at Africa Finance Corporation, a multilateral financial institution focused on pragmatic solutions to Africa’s infrastructure deficit. Mr. Orobosa-Ogbeide leads project development and investments across transformational infrastructure in Africa.

He has previously overseen major projects such as the Djibouti Wind IPP and the Zambia–Lobito rail corridor, played a key role in AFC’s expansion into Francophone Africa, and served on boards including AfIDA and Red Sea Power. Mr. Orobosa-Ogbeide holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Benin.
