Ms. Salma Seetaroo is Co-Founder and CEO of Cashew Coast, a leading cashew processing company in Côte d’Ivoire integrating 17,000 smallholder farmers and 1,000 employees. She brings 16+ years of experience in mining finance and nearly seven years in agriculture and food processing. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Fortuna Silver Mines (TSX/NYSE).

Ms. Seetaroo holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, City University London, and began her career at Norton Rose Fulbright in London.
